Baseball Fever

Hope you all had a relaxing FLAT PUG WEEKEND!

I know Sid mentioned in his last post that he was beat from all the activity last week. Well, today’s video will provide further explanation as to his strong desire to remain an F.P. all weekend long…

Even though Sid is quite an athletic pug (I’ve come to accept that my boy is a “jock”), I was still shocked to find him utterly obsessed with baseball. I mean, I guess it is the “American Pastime” and everything, but he’s usually not interested in playing with a ball unless it’s stuffed with peanut butter or salmon treats. Boy was I wrong!

I think if we keep up training, he may be ready for the majors some day!

You know Sid, I have found that some balls have what it takes and some balls don’t. Like my little green ball that I am so obessed with that Mom and Dad hide it from me, or my little blue ball that is sort of spikey. Dad thought I would love it and I refuse to play with it. And I must say, way to chase the ball but make your Dad come to you for another throw! HA HA

You are quite the jock Sid! It is important to get your exercise, so keep up the good work.

As for Scarlet’s meowing, it usually only occurs when I do something really dumb, like leave a treat in my jacket pocket and forget to give it to her for hours. So, if she meows, I know I’m in trouble.

Sid, Tim wants to know if you’d consider playing for the Cubs to help them out a bit.
