Sorry for the lack of updates over the past few days – all three of us got sick.
Jenn and I decided that since the weather was starting to turn colder and that we now use the public transit to get everywhere it would be a good idea to get flu shots. In retrospect, it may not have been the best idea..

Sid seemed a tad bored with his current toy selection and it was making him restless. It seemed like he was searching for something new – and clearly he didn’t find it at the bottom of his toy bin.
After his insane enjoyment from the Hide-A-Squirrel toy (which he still is crazy about) we ordered a bunch of other puzzle toys from Amazon and figured we’d distribute them whenever Sid looked like he was in need of a pick-me-up.

This Saturday proved to be the ideal fall day, so Sid and I shed the confines of our tiny apartment and set out for a stroll through Prospect Park.
After sauntering across the long meadow and nethermead, we eventually found our way to the Boat House which looked the perfect place for a pug photo shoot.

The second day of our visit to Massachusetts started with a trip to downtown Hingham, which is a neighboring town of Cohasset. There were many cute little shops, including a pet store called Maggie’s Dog House where Sid was immediately and thoroughly spoiled by his grandma, Mary. But, really, how could anyone resist Sid when he puts on what we refer to as his “teddy bear” face?

Nothing beats an autumn drive through New England, so when we heard that Ma and Pa Demski were flying to Massachusetts to visit Brian’s cousins, Dave and Kathy, we promptly strapped Sid into a rental car and hit the BQE for our first official road trip as New Yorkers.
Sid does really well in the car.
Let me restate that.
